This is a working device handler for the Zipato RFID Tag reader (also known as Wintop or Benext tag reader). It permits 9 RFID tags or codes to be registered. To use it, you must add it as a custom device handler in the SmartThings IDE. But if you insist it could probably be done via a zwave rfid card scanner/reader connected to a hub like smartthings which can talk to your smart lock. Someone scans their card on the reader and the reader sends a signal to smartthings which in turn unlocks the door. Smartthings itself does not offer any way to recognize NFC tags except on some Samsung phone models, so for other phone brands you have to use an android utility for android, and an iPhone utility for iPhone.
